Refund policy

We stand behind every &Martinis product and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

30-Day, No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

No explanation is required. The item does not need to be defective, and you do not need to convince us that something is wrong.

To start a return, email hello@andmartinis.com with your order information. We will send you return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Items must be returned before a refund can be issued. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.

Our Product Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or becomes damaged through normal use, we will make it right.

Email hello@andmartinis.com with your order information and a photo of the issue. We will take care of the rest.

Wrong Item or Order Issue

If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or something is missing from your order, contact us at hello@andmartinis.com.

We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order, but we will help you find the best solution based on product availability.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Custom or personalized items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
